We're going to cheer-up the saddest day of the year with a Blue Monday Swim at 1pm.
Blue Monday has been called most miserable day of the year.
The third Monday in January has been calculated as the most depressing day of the year. It might be pseudoscience or humour or just plain fun, but there's even a song for "Blue Monday":
