Solstice Safety Symposium, Fri. Jun. 20th, 3pm onwards, at HTO Beach (adjoining HTO Park)

Demonstration of tech that connects us to each other and to our environment, we'll launch the Ship of Kolympi and ride through a 4-dimensional VR / XR (eXtended Reality) space underwater, while we showcase the hydraulophone (world's first underwater musical instrument) with top speakers from MIT, Stanford, University of Toronto, and IEEE (world's largest technology society). Since many people are already swimming at HTO Beach, we also feel compelled to introduce the world's first real-time E. coli sensor and smart-beach XR safety-glass displaying potential hazards in real-time. Never swim alone and always wear a large towfloat. Safety first! This is the 27th year of our Symposium where we envision the beach as a research lab, university ("TeachBeach™"), fitness centre, and social hub. For more information see Mersivity.com

Once again, safety first!  Always wear a big bright visible towfloat (safety visibility buoy) and never swim alone!  The 3 most important things about jumping in the lake are safety, safety, and safety.
