This is what we need at Ontario Place. The beach and water don't belong to the Corporation and thus can't legally be closed at 11pm. The Germans have the right idea, swim 24/7 and keep things free and open.
Free in both senses:
(1) Freedom to swim anytime of the day or night or year;
(2) Free of cost.
